I went to Debbie for FI, the private sessions. I had a crick and a pain in my neck - literally - that no treatment seemed to touch. After my Feldenkrais sessions both the pain and the discomfort went away and hasn't returned. Not only do I feel better, but I really like knowing that I treated the problem from the inside, and without medication.
Something everyone should know about Feldenkrais is that it's subtle, especially at first. You might think that nothing is happening for a couple of sessions, but stick with it. Be patient and a lot can happen. I love it.

It never occurred to me that Feldenkrais could help my tennis game, but then I took Deborah's workshop. I'd never done Feldenkrais before and I really liked it. The connection became clear during the class. I've been playing better ever since.

This is my practice. This is mind-body work. The group classes are like a moving meditation. And the private sessions are hands on and very regenerative. I help you break your bad movement habits. Bad habits lead to all sorts of aches, pains and problems and you don't want them. This is a great, relaxing, challenging and fun way to learn how to move better. Gain flexibility in the right places, coordination, better balance and more. I also teach athletes in clinics focused on better tennis, swimming and better golf.

Debbie is a certified instructor who really knows what she's doing. Her classes are both enjoyable and productive, and her students see and feel real results.
I know a lot of people who have never heard of Feldenkrais - it's both great exercise and great physical therapy. Check out this website.
