Reviews of Detox Foot Pads

Good value, interesting product

I am intrigued by how the foot pads work, claiming to detox your body through reflexology points on our feet. I have tried another brand before, although I did not use them on a regular basis. Kinoki offers the detox pads at a much more affordable rate than comparable products. The pad definitely pulls some dark toxins out of me when I use it, however they are supposed to get lighter with each use. Either I am really toxic or they do not work that well, because after 1 week they are still dark. I certainly do not feel any worse, but since I have only used them for 1 week, I have not had the major energy difference that they advertised. Regardless, detoxing our bodies is important so that those toxins do not build up and cause cancer or other problems- after all, toxic metals and chemicals do not belong in our bodies! So, I am happy to use the pads to detox my body. The cost is worth it!

I am skeptical

I heard about these pads so I decided to try them out. Well they were very expensive and did not seem to make a difference. I would not recommend these to anyone.

Hi Sheryl - what did you experience when you used these? Did they get lighter in color as you used them? Did you notice anything? more »

SCAM! READ HERE~

Hello. I am just trying to spread the word to people that these are a scam, so they don't waste their money. Place a pad face down on some warm rice and it will do the same exact thing that it does on a person's foot. Warmth brings out the brown and goo, as the brown powder in the pads warms up and gets moist. If you think you feel better from these, its just a placebo effect. Its all in your head. If you really want to detox your body. Eat healthy and exercise.

Can't wait to hear -

Here's hoping that Rob keeps us posted on his experiences with Kinoki Detox Foot Pads. I haven't tried them myself - all I did was to read the website. Nothing I found there convinced me that a pad soaked with bamboo vinegar can pull cellulite and parasites out of my system - not even when the vinegar is double-distilled.

With all due respect, this sounds like more oil than I thought anyone could get from a snake...

Kinoki Detox Foot Pads

I just started using these. So far I've used them for 3 nights and each morning the pads are brown and sludgy looking. If over time there is no brown sludge then maybe something is actually happening. I'll update soon.
UPDATE Jan. 2, 2008: Hmmmm an update. I used the Kinoki foot pads for 5 days ( I thought I was supposed to receive 10 nights worth but only got 6 nights worth of pads). On all of the nights I used the pads they definitely turned brown and nasty looking. It seems like it did do something, as in my feet look great really rosey and healthy looking. I do want to try it again for a longer duration to see if the brown color diminshes over time. To receive the order took about 3 weeks. I'm not 100% sold on this but I do want to try again. I hope this helps.

What's the update, are you detox'd? more »

Update: I think they are bogus. I ordered my second batch which included 14 patches so enough for 7 nights on both feet. The 7th round of patched looked exactly like the 1st round of patches...brown and sludgy. more »
