VERY UNHAPPY
My family and I recently went organic and I've been having a hard time finding fresh organic produce. I looked online and decided to give Door to Door a try; with MUCH excitement. Only to be terribly disappointed. 26 dollars later my produce arrived quite sad looking. The fruit was completely rotten, the lettuce was brown and broken, the tomatoes were smashed and the bananas were entirly brown and bruised.
I made my complaint and hoped for a new box, over a week and a half later, my response arrived via email notifying me I was getting a 10 dollar credit on my account....

Great Idea
I have not used this service yet but plan to as it's a great idea. Everything at the supermarket is now labeled "organic" as mainstream companies try to piggy-back off the legitimate organic movement. Door to Door Organics takes the guess work out of organic food delivery which is great when you are in NYC.
