Fitness for your Body, Mind and Soul

East West Yoga & Health Center has been serving the Pacific Beach community since 1999, and is host to a variety of eastern and western holistic practices including Yoga, Pilates, Acupuncture, and Massage. Our class schedule is designed to offer a fitness and therapeutic based approach to wellness, and our goal is to promote unified health of your body, mind, and soul.

* Fully equipped yoga room, with maple wood floors and a yoga rope wall.
* All of our teachers and therapists are certified experienced professionals, offering you the highest quality of instruction and treatment.
* Classes for both the curious beginner as well as for the serious, challenge seeking practitioner.

and discovery.
