A nice addition to the jean pool

I have to start by saying that I try to buy used clothing as much as possible. But sometimes it's really hard to find a pair of jeans that fit well and flatters. I read about the Eco Jeans, and knowing how detrimental to the environment cotton growing can be, was interested. So when a list came out that named the Eco Jean as one of the top ten in terms of great fit and affordable, I had to give them a try. I happened to wander past a Levi's store and went to check them out. They looked great, came in several different styles for women and men and were reasonably priced around $60. They are made with either all or mostly organic cotton, use recycled materials for rivets, zippers and buttons, all tags are made with soy-based inks and organic cotton or recycled paper. Someone told me all Levi's are made in the US, which would have been a nice bonus, but the tag says Philippines, hence the missing star.
