I started usind this soy milk a few years ago when I was going through my first bout of menopause. I was getting the usual hot flashes, night sweats, anxiety, etc. I strongly believe that this soy milk and its ingredients helped me to work through my menopause much easier and faster. I feel this way because when I stopped using it for a while (I ran out), my symptoms returned. I recommended this product to many of my "peers" who were suffering the same way I was. Thank you Edensoy for making my life a whole lot better and bearable.
