Not just for kids, but also for the kid at heart
i have this chef friend, and last night i crashed at her house knowing full well that i'd go to sleep full and wake up with fresh coffee brewing. on my way out, she forced a breakfast bar in my hand (she knows my bad non-breakfast eating habit).
waiting for the bus i cracked this baby open and munched away. it was so yummy i could hardly believe it. not super chewy like granola, and not super sweet like other breakfast bars. great balance of flavor and tided me over well until lunchtime.

It is so tasty ..
It is so tasty and delicious, my friend who lives next door grabs a few bars every time he is in my kitchen.
This is a great bar for breakfast on the go or as a light snack for kids and adults alike.
