Better Than Your Average One-A-Day.

Just like a normal vitamin, but without yeast, corn, wheat, soy, milk, salt, sugar, starch, preseratives, or artificial coloring. Good for people with allergies or sensitivies, or the just plain paranoid like me. They come in a dark glass bottle, which is supposed to be better for the vitamins than a plastic bottle. I assume more of the vitamins in these pills are actually absorbed than with the small hard pills. The pills also come in vegetarian.

The package says take 2-4 per day, but if you look at the dosage, they contain as much or more of each vitamin and mineral as those one-a-days, so 2-4 might be overdoing it. I take one in the morning, and one in the evening. They contain extra magnesium, so are great for headache sufferers and save me the pain of taking an extra magnesium pill.
