Bija tea is great!

This tea is both delicious and nourishing. The different varieties (I recommend the rooibos chai and elderberry ecchanasia) are made with an Ayurvedically sound blend of spices. I heard a talk by the creator of this tea when he was in town, and he went out of his way to share information about Ayurveda and health with everyone rather than merely promoting his tea. One bag of Bija Tea makes about four cups' worth, so even though it is a bit pricey, customers get their money's worth.
