My Favorite Sandwich Bread

I tell you what, this 2-pound loaf of bread comes right out of the oven, golden and done to perfection! This is my favorite sandwich bread. It's spongy, yet dense with the right balance of texture and moisture, and it has a great aroma and flavor, like I made it from scratch. I just took a loaf out of my bread machine. It smells so good, I'm tempted to cut myself a slice for a late night snack. Tomorrow, I'm making a curry chicken salad sandwich with my Favorite Sandwich Bread.
