Good stuff, but pricey

I was looking for an alternative lube-- I can't use anything with glycerin (which is in most water-based lubes) so we've been using a silicone product. That worked well, but I was concerned about have those chemicals "down there". I found the Firefly website and promptly ordered, even though it's pretty expensive ($18.95 for 4 ounces, not including shipping). It took almost two weeks to reach me, which I found unacceptable given the price of the product and the shipping. The product itself, though, is great-- it does everything it should, and I don't have to worry about a lot of weird chemicals. It's super-slippery and long-lasting, has no off-putting odor or "fake" fragrances. I think the product itself is somewhat overpriced, but since there really isn't any similar product on the market which is more reasonably priced, they've pretty much "cornered the market" here.

I would consider buying it again, but only if they charge less for shipping, or if the shipping is fast enough to warrant the cost. I'm hoping, though, that by the time we use this bottle up that some competition will be created by other companies. There is really a market out there for this type of product!

Beware this vendor

Vendor has no contact phone number
Vendor sends tracking code which does not and cannot work on USPS system.
Vendor sends polite but unhelpful responses when product is four days overdue. Takes no action.
I'm looking for a painfree experience when I order a lube not more hassles.
