Flax wonder crackers

I could eat these till the cows come home. They are delicious, organic, raw, flax crackers that taste a little bit like soy sauce. Good in dips, with cheese, or by themselves. Flax is supposed to promote promote heart health by reducing cholesterol, blood pressure and plaque formation in arteries from the omega 3 fatty acids that it's rich in. Foods Alive makes their crackers in many other fun chip like flavors like garlic, and italian flavor.
