heaven is a salted caramel
You can get these babies at the Ferry Plaza building or at Bi-Rite. I'm sure you can get them elsewhere as well -- and you can order them from online. They make a terrific gift. They are sheerly divine -- small chewy salted caramel candies that explode with flavor on your palate. I love the breadth and depth of salt meets sweet butteriness. It's $20 for a little purple box of these divinities. Seriously, if you're ever wondering what would make a good Valentine's gift, look no further. Or if you merely want to enjoy yourself candiwise...then pick some of these up and chew on one. They're so rich that you'll only be able to handle two or three. That's how good they are. :) And they're made with the finest sustainable ingredients.
