French Meadow Bakery
A friend of mine just got back from Minneapolis raving about spelt bread. Well, not raving, but she said it was really good. This is a certified organic bakery and they have an enormous line of products. They also feature a number of gluten- and wheat-free breads and even bagels.
The cafe is reportedly excellent; too, although after looking at the menu, I'd say it's more of a restaurant.
