Frozen Fruits & Vegetables Top Notch!
I think I have a discerning palate, and I can't tell the difference between fresh and frozen when serving Stahl Island Farms' fruits and vegetables. Because of their flash-freezing method, fruits and vegetables look and taste as freshly prepared produce. An added plus is that Stahl's packaging is recycled paper instead of plastic. Their farming practices include: the efficient use of water, recycling organic waste, planting cover crops to enrich the soil, crop rotation, erosion reduction, and minimizing tillage of the land they farm. Stahl Island Farms also manufactures organic canned purees, so good that you can eat them with a spoon right out of the can, if you were so inclined.
