If you are familiar with the most easily available meals and food you will immediately know the big difference a macrobiotic meal makes. If you are on this diet for a time your life literally turned all around. Your way of being will be following your way of eating. Gabriella's macrobiotic meals have that impact and the credibility the Kushi Institute education and certificate provides.
