Chef Deb, Your Personal Chef to the Rescue!

Chef Deb came to the rescue when I was dealing with a big health challenge. I needed to go on a diet free of all fruit, sweeteners, flours, breads, dairy, nuts, mushrooms, vinegars, and most grains. WHAT WAS LEFT? Not much from my vantage point. Enter Chef Deb...she embraced this extreme culinary challenge with optimism, excitement, and verve! It was so wonderful to have her great attitude and superb cooking skills at work for me as she created menus and meals out of a very limited list of ingredients. I can't imagine another chef taking on such an extreme cooking challenge.

She helped me get over the fear of taking on this difficult diet (if you haven't guessed by now, it was a candida cleanse) and here I am a year and a half later in great health and candida-free. Thanks Chef Deb!
