While I personally have doubts about how long we'll collectively keep cars humming along to Target, napa wineries and Berkeley Bowl, it's at least entertaining to see the myriad ways in which we'll exhaustively try to keep up appearances. The city would do well to gear up for a bicycle amenity installation spree this spring, after the court ordered EIR on bike lanes is finished, as Seattle is currently doing.
