Too expensive...

After looking over the website, it seems like they have really overpriced their items. Seriously, $50 for a jar of sugar scrub that you can buy at Trader Joes or Whole Foods for less than $10 ???
Green doesn't have to be overpriced, in fact that just defeats the purpose of trying to get more people to be conscious. Overpricing the items is all wrong.

Don't review it until you try it!

I have purchased several things from Giggle Fish, and have just placed a second order for more. I am already making the vast majority of our holiday gifts (consumables), but I wanted some really great hostess gifts for some lovely people who are having us over for the holidays. I was very selective in what we purchased from them, but are very happy with what we selected. We work hard to not over-consume, but when you want a gift that you can't create yourself, go to Giggle Fish! And, er, don't put in negative reviews unless you've had an actual experience with the company. It's bad karma!

It's not easy trying to be green

Being green also means not creating products w/o a real purpose... the wool pots are fun but making a pot out of wool to replace clay/ceramic isn't a very purposeful item. And a $74 recycled leather dog caddy seems a little crazy. I did like the games that taught a green lesson. Let's face it, being green means creating less non-essential items.

Gigglefish Gifts Has Awesome Green Gifts

I found Gigglefish Gifts on your site and have already ordered several holiday gifts from their online boutique. Honestly, Gigglefish Gifts has the cutest, chicest green jewelry and gift items all made from recycled and sustainable materials. I even bought some of their stuff for myself like the Content Necklace and a few of the vintage pins - you can't find this stuff anyplace else! You can't go wrong with this company - they even give a percentage of their profits to an established charity (The Ocean Foundation)!

So if you want to give gifts with deeper meaning this year, go to www.Gigglefishgifts.com and feel good about yourself and the earth!
