There IS a difference

The tofu made by this Oregon company is so far superior to others, I can't understand why more stores don't carry it. None of the flavors (garlic and herb is my favorite) is bitter or has a "beany" taste--if you use it for dips or cooking, it's the best.

Tasty Flavored Tofu

I had a taste of this one, and couldn't stop using my toothpick to eat another one. I would love to get some, chop it up and use it in green or pasta salads. I could even imagine enjoying it all on its own- not something I'd regularly do with tofu. It also comes in flavors like veggie, and curry, which I'd recommend, and flavors like lemongrass, that I wouldn't.
