Gluten free - family style

Full disclosure - Susan Bell is my cousin. (Celiac disease is genetic - it runs in families.)

With that said, this is a great book!

If you're fixing family meals, but suddenly faced with the need to keep one of your kids gluten free, then you need this cookbook. You'll find recipes for all the family favorites you're probably serving now, but the gluten-free guesswork is gone.

All of the ingredients used in this book have been reviewed, and any source of gluten identified and eliminated. No more cooking separate, "special" servings - this book lets you serve gluten-free meals that the whole family will want to eat, celiac or not.

There are tested, proven recipes for breakfast - pancakes and waffles - lunch - sandwich bread and cookies - and dinner - Parmesan Cheese Chicken and Creamy Enchiladas, not to mention poppy seed cake and pumpkin pie.

From Sue's family to yours, and and it's all gluten free.
