We like Go Lean Crunch better!
This cereal is good for you but bland tasting. We like Go Lean Crunch better because it is a little more exciting in the texture department.

Kashi products are my favorite and excellent in quality. Not only are they organic, but all Kashi products are extremely beneficial...always high in protein and fiber and everything I've tried has a full taste. The company itself has a great dedication to great-quality, nutritious foods that make eating a more healthful and enjoyable experience.

Flavorful, full of protein, low in calories, high in fiber; with fruit the best way to start the day. Best price was at Trader Joe's. Hmm, hmm good!
