high quality yeast for artisan baking
If I don't buy my yeast in bulk (which is more sustainable, by the way, but really only necessary if you're a regular baker), I'll pick up SAF yeast, which is high quality yeast that's great for baking. I whip out some quickly rising pizza crust with this yeast. It's definitely better than your typical yeast at your mainstream grocer and that's exactly why many artisan bakers use it.
