I stumbled upon their website while researching the 'good fats' and was highly impressed! I placed an order and within minutes received a phone call from the owner. What followed was a very productive and imressive conversation about Grass-fed Ghee. I received my order within days along with samples for friends and family. I totally love the taste and would always buy from them as its extremely healthy and tastes great as well. Thanks!

After eating and using ghee for popcorn, I find it to be very tasteful and nutritionally satisfying. As long as I am getting this satisfaction continually and the quality of ghee is good, I will always be a customer. Ghee will be highly recommended to my friends. I found the customer service to be friendly, sincere and a desire to make every customer satified.
I just don't know where to begin. I love this amazing grassfed organic ghee. I use it in everything. The taste is AMAZING! I have tried other ghee, but none compares to this. For dinner tonight I grilled a fat piece of salmon and sauteed garlic and fresh dill in the ghee and smeared it all over the fish. Unbelievable. I also make what I call "3 ghee pancakes" - use a little melted ghee in the batter, a small amount in the frying pan and then a little on top of the hot pancake. It's three levels of flavor that's magnificently scrumptious. With that said, I want to also comment on the customer service at Pure Indian Foods. Quick replies from the owner, not some generated email mind you, but REAL customer service. Mind boggling, but it's true. You really should try it, you won't be disappointed.
I've tried several high quality ghees over the last few years and am so excited to have recently tried Pure Indian Foods. I will order again and again. The taste is fabulous, better than any of the others I've had. Plus, the cows are happy eating grass as they were meant to and Earth is happier too. (natural process...no shipping of feed, etc.) Pure Indian Foods is a small, family owned business with good customer service.
I am so happy to find 100% grassfed ghee! It is as delicious as it is nutritious.
Thank you.

The taste is superior and this lovely ghee adds a rich, nutty flavor to whatever food you choose to pair it with. Added to the frying pan for an egg dish, spooned onto veggies or smeared on toast, it enhances the flavors while offering its own unique taste. The company has been preparing this ghee for generations and their dedication is apparent in the quality and taste of this product. After already becoming a fan, I was fortunate enough to meet the family at a Health Expo and witness the pride they have in producing this very special ghee. Highly recommended.
Once I tried Pure Indian Foods ghee, I knew I would never be able to use another brand. Others can't compare! I think the secret is the sunshine in the grass that the cows eat. Since using your ghee, my oatmeal, curries, scrambled eggs and bolognese sauce have gone from delicious to absolutely phenomenal. Thanks for providing such a beautiful product!

This ghee is great for frying and cooking, doesn't burn easily like butter, it is organic from grass fed cows which means it's a super healthy fat with lots of vitamins. Also, it's the next best thing to butter for my kids who can't eat dairy--it tastes and smells like butter but without the milk solids which are the allergenic part! And it is priced much better than the ghee at the local health food store, plus this merchant gave us a discount for a group order. I am already a repeat buyer and will buy again. Thank you for this excellent product!

This ghee tastes very fresh and delicious, and I love that it is organic and comes from grass-fed cows. The customer service has been excellent, too. Thank you for a wonderful product!
I discovered Ghee for the First time at Whole Food's. Then I decided to do further research on the internet and found Pure Indian Foods Ghee and ordered it next. I thought that I really liked Ghee until I tried Pure Indian Foods Ghee, now I cannot live without Ghee. The color is more yellow than the other Ghee I had bought at the store and it tastes so much richer. It reminds me of the time that I finally tried organic eggs straight from an organic farm near my house. I thought I had never tried eggs before they were so delicious. The color was more yellow and the taste was so fresh. I have told everyone I know about this Ghee. You can tell that it is not from a big company and made with love, compassion and great energy.

I LOVE the ghee. I use it instead of butter on bread and bagels, and it melts wonderfully. I also like to fry with it because it doesn't burn.

The Ghee from Pure Indian Foods has replaced the ghee I would use from the health food store. It is absolutely delicious... smooth, nutty and extremely healing. I am so thankful for the high standards that Sandeep and his family use in producing such a wonderful product!
Let me start of by saying that I am in no way, shape, or form an expert on ghee. In fact, this is the first ghee i have ever had. And if this is a good representation of the rest of the ghee out there, I can't wait to keep eating it.
I am still experimenting with how to use the stuff, but based on what I have read it really works as a great substitute for butter in all situations. The place i have found that it really stands out is as a topping - I melted some on a head of broccoli i had last week and i was frankly amazed at how much better it made an already delicious head of broccoli taste! I have also used it in omelette's in the morning - equally scrumptious!
I am still holding out on using it in some of the other ways i have heard described - I am sure i will work up the courage eventually to put it in a Netti pot and clean out my sinuses. Until then tough, I can certainly say that this stuff tastes great!
I purchased ghee from...Pure Indian Foods...in Princeton Junction,NJ Oh what a wonderful ghee! We love it. It smells so good with a ton of great flavor. Much better than the ghee I had been using from the health store. It is a very high quality ghee. The owners of Pure Indian foods are remarkable and wonderful people. Linda N. Columbus, IN
I have been very happy to use Pure Indian Foods ghee, and recommend it highly! I don't eat milk products in general, but Pure Indian Foods ghee--and kefir--are exceptions, given that both are lactose free and actually help maintain good digestion. I have been using the ghee in place of cooking oil and to take along with certain Ayurvedic herbs. My husband has been using it to cook Ethiopian and Middle Eastern food when recipes call for clarified butter. And the 1.1 oz containers are the perfect size for my purse, when I need some hand lotion!
Pure Indian Foods has wonderful products and kind customer service! And it's great that they are a family-owned business. They deserve five stars!

Pure Indian Foods Ghee is the first ghee that I've tried. It is smooth, buttery, & perfect for all your cooking! I mixed some in with coconut oil, as I love to cook with that, too - they are wonderful together! Ghee burns at a lower temperature than coconut oil, so remember to turn down the heat. Ghee is also liquid at a slightly lower temperature than coconut oil (76 F), so depending on room temperature, it can take quick moves to get your ghee into your pan or bowl without dripping. I put a small plate under our jar & that helps. We also have a small jar of PIF ghee in the fridge - while solid, it is relatively easy to scoop out & it melts fast on hot foods. We use PIF ghee daily for cooking, as well as for making specialty items, like banana squash nut bread. The great thing about ghee is that it is lactose-free & casein-free, while still nutrient dense. I love the glass jar, the quick delivery, & knowing that I'm supporting families who value good health & sustainability, when I purchase ghee from Pure Indian Foods: http://www.pureindianfoods.com/.

Ghee (clarified butter) has been used in India for ages, it can be used as a substitue for oil or butter, in most applications. It's a healthier option to butter and the other questionable frying mediums in use today. I like this ghee because it is a bit different than what I'm used to. It is a bit lighter and more solid than ghee you get at the Indian grocer. I don't particularly like the ghee at the Indian grocer though. The ghee at the Indian store is often rancid and the containers it is in alters the taste. I like this ghee though because it is natural and is in glass jars opposed to plastic/tin. It has a good smell and taste to it. I also like that it is in small jars and I don't have to scoop some out of a big container everytime I use it. I use it in whatever I make be it Pulao, curries, vegetables or chapati (flat bread) and it tastes much healthier than other ghee. I highly recommend it!
P.S.When u make Grill cheese sandwich just spread some ghee on both sides of bread before grilling it..you will find amazing difference between the taste of using butter and ghee.

Pure Indian Ghee is fantastic. I am not a ghee expert, but my body intuitively knows a high quality food. The aroma, taste, and texture is simply divine. I feel very fortunate to have a found a source of genuine "ayurvedically prepared ghee". A++
This ghee is so much better than the brand that I was buying at the health food store. There is so much more flavor and it's much softer than the other brand with a creamy texture, not hard like a brick. I like the fact that it's made from grass-fed cows.
