What a scam!

I ordered a hemp sportcoat from Green Earth Market about 6 weeks before i was going to wear it for my marriage ceremony. When i placed the order i left a note explaining this was for a wedding and that i needed it by a certain date. If this was not going to be possible than please cancel order. Well i got an order confirmation and after it had not arrived a month later i began to worry. I called the company and spoke with Patrick. He asked to call me right back as he would find out where the jacket was. He then leaves me a message a few hours later saying that it was going to ship that same day and that i would definitely have it in time for the wedding.
Long story short...IT NEVER ARRIVED. I called and emailed multiple times after our initial discussion and neither were ever returned. I was CHARGED for the item and my credit card is currently 'investigating' the matter.

Worst customer service i have ever dealt with. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Green Earth Market. Still waiting for an apology.

Environmentally friendly products and gifts for every need and want! Free Shipping on everything, and from a company that cares about it's impact and influence!

(Full disclosure - this is my store, and I think it is great and try hard to make it so!)

For everything you would go buy at a Target or Walmart there is a more environmentally responsible alternative available out there - those products are often just hard to find and usually too expensive! With Green Earth Market I'm trying to build the answer to that. Pulling all those products together, buying in bulk and getting the prices down so we are able to make available better stuff at about the same price.

Not quite being to the place where we can buy in the bulk we would like to, which right now keeps us from being able to offer the prices we'd like, we are working toward that. Your purchases will help us grow and move toward getting our pricing lower and lower. The sooner we can do that the more of a benefit we can be to people!

Everything from solid wood, chemical free baby cribs, mattresses and bedding, to composters and outdoor furniture like Adirondack Chairs, to beautiful jewelry from recycled silver and recycled or natural materials, to the finest fragrance soy candles...

I love this store!

Owner Pat Gibbons and his team have pulled together a quality selection of baby shower gifts, baby furniture, organic gardening supplies, natural health and beauty products, recycled paper, patio and deck furniture, bedroom furniture, organic cotton bedding and clothes, natural dog food, pet supplies and more. I recently purchased a composting kit, and was very impressed by the service and instructions I received. Pat has a heart for what he does and it shows!
