Green Label:Quality tees, Customer service needs refining
I loved my "Green Power" Tee but the sizes run small and I had to return it which cost me $6.24. Then they wanted to charge me $4.75 to ship a larger size back to me. It would have end up costing me $41 instead of $29. And if the next size up still wasn't large enough, even more...
The return policy is still not posted on their site (as of 7/17/07). Plus, it took 5 days for them to get back to me because they were at a trade show. (Forgiven since they are a new company but a Blackberry handheld might be in order).
The t-shirt and screenprint(T.S. Designs) were of excellent quality. It could have easily been my favorite tee. The owner remained professional but unyielding.
So if I didn't have to deal with the return situation, they would have easily received 5 stars. But since she was not willing to accomodate a potential customer, I say customer service needs to be reassessed.

Great designs
I just saw Green label brand organic tees at a recent show. They have great funky designs and use all organic cotton for their tee shirts. The owners we also really nice and down to earth people- the kind I like to support!
