Slow, Slow, Slow!!!

This company is not at all interested in GOOD customer service. I ordered a compost bin 4 weeks ago, learned after the purchase that I paid $8 shipping for a $19 product and it still hasn't shipped from the warehouse (despite 2 emails that have said it's on its way!). I used the online complaint form and never received a response, and I called customer service to cancel the order, but they are not willing to help in any way. If you order from them, expect to wait a LONG time and do not trust their emails.

Do you have any more details about this company's deceptive practices? Such a brief review isn't very helpful for other people to understand if/why we shouldn't give them our business. more »

Worms

I was not happy with the fact that they sent the worms in horribly cold January weather without any insulation. The woman at the custom service center stated that I should have known that that if I order worms in January, that they could die. I felt this was a poor response and told her so stating that I was new to worm composting and would expect the vendor, who is hopefully more knowledgeable about what is being sold, to ship it in a responsible way. Thats about it. I did not seek any sort of refund. Many of the worms did survive but I felt it was a poor attitude for the representative to have. I felt badly for the worms.
