greenforce clean team was disappointing !!!!!!

I have searched for cleaning services because I broke one of my toes and I can not do it myself. I found green force through online search and I read the reviews which were 5 stars average, which I now think that, were written probably by green force members to buff up their ratings. But I can not prove it other than telling you my 2 stars rating story review.
I thought that if I will pay someone else to clean (green force), they will clean as expected, since this is what they do day in and day out, but I was wrong.
They quoted me for $175 for 2 ½ hours of cleaning which sounded not too expensive but not that cheap as well.
I was at the house while they cleaned since I can not leave the house (broken toe). Other than the fact that they were slow they DID NOT dust number of places which can be easily noticeable. They dusted the blinds which located above our bed, and the bed covers which my wife has washed two days before were full of dust (disgusting). They did not even try to clean the dust off the bed let alone the fact that they did not even made the bed. Also they did not made the bed in the other room (guest room) after they asked me if I want them to do so, which I have said yes, wile thinking to myself why do I need to tell them yes for something that is so basic in every house hold cleaning procedure like vacuum the carpet or dusting.
Also they did not really impress me with their organizing skills. The bathroom area was cleaned, yes, but it was looking the same as before, only clean as far as surfaces. Nothing was put back in place. You would assume that they will organize the bathroom area a bit or is it too much to ask. The same was with the kitchen.
I was in one of the rooms when they called me out saying that they have finished. I did not check on their work before I have paid them since I was tired from the pain med and I did not think there is a reason why I should not trust that they did a good job.

I love this company

I recently moved out from SF. due to various reasons, so I needed a cleaning service right away...I did a search on google and discovered greenforce. well, I called up the service and they provided me with a cleaning person within 24 hours! They really have attention to detail. I find their rates very competitive and reasonable and the cleaning people worked fast and I have nothing to complain about...I recommend them highly.

Helped us out in a pinch

We had a pipe burst in our home several months ago. Greenforce was able to come in the same day and while working around our plummer make our home habitable again. We have since signed up for regular service and they go a great and consistent job.

No complaints

This cleaning company is terrific! They cleaned the condo our son
lives in and did an outstanding job. The cleaning products they use
are 'green' and they also bring all their own supplies so you don't
have to worry about what you have on hand.

greenway maid

We just moved here and we had no idea which cleaning service is good here. My neighbor told us about his cleaning service Greenway maid, and I was very happy to know they use non toxic products because we have small kids. We called Greenway maid and they sent two very nice and hard working ladies. They were really great and when they left our home looked clean and especially smelled like "natural." We would definitely call them again
