Greg is a local genius
I walked by his space on Grand nearly every day last year wondering about it and then read his story in the local paper. I was so impressed and in awe of what he has achieved, especially in his pioneering school lunch program. Greg developed the first organic office lunch catering business. http://www.getmegregs.com/ And if that isn't enough he donates proceeds to the Organic School Project http://www.organicschoolproject.org/home.html he created, "which seeks to transform Chicago-area children into healthier, more mindful eaters, one school and one child at a time."
