True Farmstead Goat Cheeses in French Tradition

For years I've enjoyed the fresh goat cheeses made by Seal Cove Farm in Downeast Maine. Now they have aged chevre made in French style available by mail order and it is not to be missed. This is a tiny farm that distributes mostly in Maine. If you're visiting the Bar Harbor / Acadia area make sure to pick up some Seal Cove cheese at the local markets. It's heavenly and hand made.
