Pure Potter Valley Hay

Grown with care especially for the food and dairy animal market, Pure Potter hay is CCOF certified-organic. We will soon be Mendocino Renegade certified and we have started working toward Demeter Biodynamic certification. Our 33 acres of Pure Potter Valley grass hay is a field blend of fescue, austin rye and several clovers with some native grasses, flood irrigated in the non-rainy growing season to ensure the highest nutrition and quality. Hay is cut, raked and baled by experts right here in the valley, then stored in our own barn until sale. Certified organic cattle graze the pasture after 2 or 3 cuttings, naturally fertilizing and aerating the soil. Visit us at www.purepottervalley.com
