I love hemp seeds!
Manitoba Harvest organic hemp seeds go in my morning smoothie - every single day. It's a fantastic source of omega 3&6 essential fatty acids (essential for heart health as well as 'inside out' beauty!!) AND amino acids -- vegan/plant protein! Manitoba's hemp seeds have a great nutty taste and are tasty added to salads and also for cooking -- lately I've encrusted salmon with the seeds. Yum! I order their products from their site but they're also at Whole Foods and a bunch of the top natural product stores around the country. I'm eating less and less red and white meat so relying on Manitoba Hemp for healthy protein source. I also love their hemp oil...

Yummy with Bread and Parma
Reminds me of Duhka. The hazelnut bread dry dip. This seed is very flavorful with mixed with spices and cheese and bit of olive or Hemp oil. Had it at a party and my friends loved it.
