Daily Detox is Maintaining Regularity

Although I believe it's important to have an annual or bi-annual detox regimen to rid our bodies of accumulated chemicals and toxins, drinking plenty of water and getting plenty of fiber in our diet is vital to our health too. I also believe, based on personal experience, that the best way to ensure that our body's immune and digestive systems are healthy is regularity on a daily basis. Shaklee's Herb-Lax was the amazing product I was introduced to back in the 80's, which was key to helping me resolve a lifetime of chronic bowel and immune deficiency problems. I started out by taking just a 1/4 tablet to see what would happen; eventually took 1 Herb-Lax every evening. Now I only take it occasionally, as needed. I highly recommend Herb-Lax, even if you choose, for whatever reason, not to order any of Shaklee's other wonderful health products.

Herb-lax is not a laxative to forcefully purge our body of waste, like the laxative products we find on the shelves at the pharmacy or nutrition store. Rather, Herb-Lax is a complement of herbs that stimulate the body's natural process of elimination. The main ingredient, Senna Leaf powder, is combined with other powders from: buckthorn bark, licorice root, alfalfa (a total body cell cleanser), fennel seed, anise seed, rhubarb root, blue malva flower and Culver's root.
