descriptive and educational

I appreciate that:
1) the box is recycled
2) the box informs about heritage grains (ancient seed stocks) and the purpose of conserving non-hybridized seed species and planting them to avoid cross-pollination as well.
3) the cereal uses grain originating as food staples for many different cultures - not just dependent on corn, wheat, and rice.
4) the cereal is tasty
5) you feel like you are not only supporting organic, sustainable agriculture, but aiding in preserving these heritage grains in North America (it appears to have been based in Canada in hugely grain-growing communities - so we are supporting farmers who are educated to the virtues of these grains, organic practices and sustainable agriculture!
