Just browsing through an old magazine and saw an ad for this eco-retreat in British Columbia. The place sounds magical and fabulous, with various workshops and classes such as veggie cooking, woodwork, activism, Buddhism or yoga and drumming. You can soak up some garden therapy in their own biodynamic vegetable patch, or reconnect with nature among rain forest trails. Get lazy on the beach, go kayaking during a full moon in bio-luminescent waters or study the stars. They also feature a full range of bodywork including massage, reflexology and wraps. They feature and organic, mostly veggie (homegrown) menu and compost their scraps. They use solar panels, biodegradable cleaning products and recycle among other sustainable practices.
