It Really Would Be A Miralce... If This Stuff Worked!

I tried this once when I was in college right after finals - i needed something to help cleanse my body of the 20 or so domino's pizzas I had consumed while writing my thesis (not in one sitting). Anyway, at the time I had no real experience with cleansers, so I didn't realize that this stuff really had nothing in it that would do any sort of cleanse at all. This diet is basically a juice diet. You eat nothing and thus lose the pound or so of food that is usually in your body, plus the fact that you are constantly drinking this high concentrate juice and ridiculous amounts of water dehydrates you, so you lose a couple extra pounds there. It is a short term weight solution (short terms as in a few days, as soon as you eat a few meals and drink water like a normal person, the weight will be back) and is for people who (for whatever reason) need to lose a few pounds in 48 hours. I most certainly don't recommend this - there are way better cleanses, and if you are buying this for the weight solution, i recommend investing it in a gym membership instead - way more effective.
