When you go to a restaurant, and about 20 minutes later you feel some stomach pain and an urge to run to the bathroom, it is very possible, the food had too much bacteria, or too spicy for your stomach to handle.

Nibbling on a couple of ginger snaps with that chamomile tea helps even more. The flavours work well together and ginger is a well known anti-nausea food.
