Amazing Immune system booster - Mushroom Extract
I first heard about this at Bioneers I went to. A guy named Paul Stamets was there, and he invented all these incredible mushroom extracts that have very powerful impacts on our immune systems. There was one, called, host defense, that was even shown to inhibit bird flu! Anyway, I've been taking this tincture for about 2 years or so (It's made by New Chapter, and distributed at Whole Foods and many natural food stores), and I never get sick anymore! Even when everyone around me on the Bart is sneezing and coughing, I always walk away unscathed. Whenever I do feel like I am coming down with something, I take a dropper or two full of the stuff, hold it under my tongue for a minute or two, and I do this a few times a day, and within 24hours I feel better. Give this tincture a try. It comes in alcohol used for an extract, but if you don't want the alcohol you can put the tincture in some hot tea, and the alcohol will evaporate. It's one of the best remedies I have ever tried.
