What You'll Need
- Old inner tubes
- 3 Wooden Dowels & hot glue
- Scrap leather & electric tape
Instructions
Step 1: Cut tubes into strips and spiral them from center of longer wooden dowel cut to desired length. (varies according to user) Tape ends. Do the same to the smaller two dowels cut to equal length (these will be the handles)
Step 2: Wrap tubes around ends to make balanced weights like a baton. Use hot glue to adhere leather over the tubes cut into fringe for tassels.
Step 3: Use colored electrical tape for a more decorative look! Now your ready to juggle!
