HSBC service
It happen on 11/28/08.I was request wire transfer to my daughter at Japan.The information desk told me to line up at the teller window,I waiting for more than 20 min.The teller told me he was really busy,can't working on wire transfer,and bring me back to information desk.A lady was help me about that and fill out the request form( they enter information at their PC last time),and told me will fax it to wire transfer dept.
After 4 day later at 12/2/08 ,I find out they doing nothing for me,they never took out money from my account,I was calling HSBC about it,they transfer me back to that branch they doing wire transfer for me.Someone told me they just find it out ( after I call them !!)And will be take care it at the same day.
I checking my account again on 12/4/08.Nothing was withdraw at my account too.I'm call HSBC again,they told it will take a week,I told them they were never doing anything for me,then I get transfer to the branch again.A men told he will find out the trouble and call me back.It was 9:00 AM when I'm call them.But no one call me back until 4:00 pm.I was call them again.They told me it was take care.It was just for withdraw money form my account(took 6 long day),I don't know when were my daughter will get the money.
How come they doing that super slow wire transfer and cost me $ 30.How come they still doing nothing after I call them at first time ?When I'm e-mail to them ,their answer was they alway doing excellent service with their customer .They are doing so great service for me !
My daughter can't get her money on time,We are losing time and money for it.She need to use the easy send account card to withdraw $ 500 at ATM was cost $ 2.2 ATM change plus 3% change $ 18.( I was send her $ 5000)
HSBC.I will give them 0 STAR.

A Bank That You Can Feel Good About
It's pretty rare for me to write good things about a bank but every time I read the news, there is another article on what HSBC is doing in the sustainability movement. They recently launched a great program that gives you a "green kit" if you open an account with them which has a bunch of cool things like organic bouquet coupons and chico bags. It's also a great bank if you do a lot of international traveling. I was in Brazil and London last year and HSBC banks were everywhere (which was unfortunate for me since I had not opened my account yet).
