best local farmers markets
This is one of the best local farmers markets I've gone to. Vendors sell not only the usual array of fresh fruits and vegetables but also organic, preservative-free baked goods, herbs, and fresh-cut flowers. The prices are also much more reasonable than those for organic produce at the grocery store. This is a good deal.

Quality makes up for quantity
The market is a bit on the small side, but the produce is always fresh, the baked goods are excellent and you will go home satisfied. If only it was open a little longer it would be even better.

Hyde Park farmers market
I love the opportunity to support local farmers as well as getting fresh fruits and vegetables straight from the grower. I think this is a great location and the only problem with it is that it is a bad time. Most people are at work and are unable to attend. If it was at a different time, I think more people would attend and it would be even more successful than it is.
