is it really natural? Biolage's "special balancing agents".

I began my green kick a few years ago and one of the products I felt good about using was Biolage, because it uses natural ingredients. I’ve taken a break from Biolage since, mostly because I can’t afford it anymore (very expensive), but decided to review it here because I think (thought) Biolage works great. Now. A problem has arisen. I recently looked up info on Biolage and it turns out it is not an all-natural product. The Biolage shampoos and conditioners contain “pure botanical extracts [such as] Quillaja Saponaria and Gingko with special balancing agents.” So what are these “special balancing agents”? I finally took a look at the ingredients of Biolage hair products and it turns out these balancing agents are chemicals. I’m a naïve greenie, I know, and I don’t suspect others will make the same mistake I did, but just in case, I have written this review so we have it straight: Biolage works great, but its advertising is deceptive; it is not a natural product!
