This place is great. They use fresh, natural ingredients like Straus Family dairy. I'm not much of a desert guy, but the apricot-chocolate ice cream sandwich I had was kind of amazing. Nearly all their waste is compostable or recyclable, but they don't hit you over the head with it. I really like that. There's a small sign near they're utensils--that's it. That's how green businesses should be--matter of fact, as if there wasn't a doubt that it should be any other way.
