I liked it

This book made sense to me. The basic motto is Eat Food, Not So Much, Mostly Plants. I think the key is to eat food, which sounds simple, but so much of what we have in the super markets is not really food at all, but something Pollan calls, "edible food like substances". He says to focus on buying things that are most often in the outer walls of the market (produce, meat, dairy-- organic, of course) and things that come in the bulk bins, and that all of the processed food in between is not really food at all since it has been so highly manipulated.
