In The Kitchen is cooking classes held in the beautiful kitchen of certified nutrition educator Wendy Van Wagner. In the "Winter Soups" class that I took, we cooked Creamy Butternut Squash Soup, Country Chicken Soup, Potato-Leek Soup, and Lamb and Winter Vegetables Soup. Wendy stresses organic and local ingredients and creates a warm and inviting class atmosphere.
