hoppy and spicy organic beer
I'll admit, I'm more of a fan of Wolaver's for the fact they're organic than for the flavor of their beers. Their beers are still good, mind you, but I'm kind of a connoisseur when it comes to beer -- I even brew my own. However, I do enjoy Wolaver's IPA whenever I do have it, which is every once in a blue moon. It's spicy and somewhat hoppy, and the alcohol content is fairly high, so watch out. This is a great family-run business located in Vermont, and they've made quite a name for themselves.
