the luck o' the irish

i've been eating this stuff for a while now and for some reason it never occurred to me to read the box. i started eating it because my mother-in-law is from ireland, and i just thought "oh, its cuz she's irish, i guess i'll eat some, too!" i know, silly right?

well, this morning i cracked open a fresh box of the quick cooking oats and decided to read the side of the box. They are non-GMO and gluten free, on top of using local farmers to supply them. the only real downside is that its imported from Ireland, but everything else seems pretty darn good tootin'!
