a good baking stand-by
My wife used this flour to make pizza crust the other night, after I picked a bag of it up at my local natural foods store. It's natural and unbleached, though not organic. But it made a really nice pizza crust. It's fairly hearty. This company is employee-owned, which is cool, and they've been making flour for a couple hundred years, or so they claim on the side of the bag, which is also cool. Anyway, their tagline is "Never bromated". I don't know what that means, I'll think I'll check Wikipedia. Whatever, this is a good, solid, high-quality, natural flour. Now I just need to get the organic kind.
