A gorgeous and sustainable surface material

see:

This is made from a totally renewable and sustainable material - sorghum stalks. It's also pressed into boards using an adhesive with negligible VOC content, so it's also a healthy product for interior environments.

Great surface from agricultural by-product

The 'waste' from agricultural feed produces this very attractive 'green' surface. The pressed reeds of sorghum are happily glued together to make a material that can be worked like wood and made into counter-tops, cabinet facing or furniture. It's a great way to take advantage of a 'free' source that is otherwise a burdensome waste.

Great work.
