Pecan Lara bar - better than pecan pie!

I'm a huge fan of pecans -- and the pecan pie Lara bar reminds me of pecan pies but without the fat and sugar. They have the earthy nuttiness of the pecans, sweetened with dates. They are so satisfying and delicious -- and nutritious!

The ingredients are so simple -- I keep thinking I'll make my own some day but I think my blender would just turn everything into some sort of sticky nut butter.

Snack in a hurry

Lara bars provide a all natural moist product that is a quick source of energy. I keep them in my purse. sometimes I will have one for breakfast. I love the variety. They taste decedent!!!
